This policy describes how Original Creation (“we”) processes personal data when you visit originalcreation.se, book a demo or contact us. We follow the GDPR. If this English text conflicts with the Swedish personuppgiftspolicy, the Swedish version prevails.

What we collect
- Demo booking. When you book via Google Calendar you provide name, email and a time. Google sends a calendar invite (usually with Google Meet). We see the booking in our calendar so we can hold the meeting.
- Email. If you write to info@originalcreation.se we process what you send.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited — via Vercel server logs and, if you consented, Google Analytics.
- Cookie-related data as described in the cookie policy.

Retention
Bookings and email threads are kept as long as needed for the meeting and any follow-up, then deleted or archived. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings, typically 14 or 24 months. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period.
Processors
We do not sell personal data. We use Vercel to host the site and Google for Calendar/Meet booking and, with consent, Analytics. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA using standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interest, in some cases data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Email info@originalcreation.se.
